Lady Bug Sully, 1.6 yrs old (f)
Her story begins with the streets of Anthony, New Mexico. Lady Bug Sully was found as a stray, pregnant, dirty and small in size. According to the town, Sully was going to be euthanized as they didn't have "space" to take her in.
Somehow, she was spotted by a young woman that became concerned for LadyBug Sully's life. Sully was pulled from the truck. We were contacted to assist with finding a foster. One of our most dependable fosters offered her home while the original rescuer found a permanent place for Ladybug.
It's been several months. Ladybug was spayed. She is up to date on vaccines [rabies, bordatella, dhpp] and has undergone parasite cleansing. Crate & Potty trained.
She gets along well with other dogs and kids. She seems indifferent to cats. She needs work walking on a leash but runs well on leash.
The best home for ladybug would be a person, or family, with at least one other dog that loves to play. She would do well with an active owner if there are no other dogs in the house. Ladybug Sully needs to be burning off energy if her owner isn't spending one on one time with her.
