Beanito gets his name from the city he was found in [Benito Juarez, Mexico]. After having him for 3 weeks, we think he is now about 5 months old. Beanie is a sweet soul. He wants to play with everyone and hides when he hears any kind of dog altercation. He doesn't like being outside when it is cold and will be the first to stand by the door to be let in after morning pees and poos. He took one hour to potty train, was never difficult to get into a crate (go to your "casita" is the command), and recently caught on to "sit".
Beanie is like our other puppies. He was abandoned during the first freeze by someone that didn't care how young, or vulnerable he was to the cold. He got lucky and one of our rescue partners put a sweater on him and offered him a dog house to stay in. He was outside for several weeks before we could accept him into the Sanctuary.
Beanie would love a home that has enough space for him to cuddle a human. He would really enjoy having another dog, as well, but it isn't required or a deal breaker.
